Who is the current property-management partner?
KHALVAR's current property-management partner is AirDXB, a Dubai-based short-term rental management company. AirDXB is an independent partner: it handles its own onboarding, agreements, operations and commercial relationship with each owner.
What happens after I submit my property?
KHALVAR reviews the information you provide. Where appropriate, your enquiry is referred to the relevant partner, who contacts you directly and handles its own onboarding process. KHALVAR tracks your referral through the process. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or any commercial outcome.
Does KHALVAR guarantee rental income or bookings?
No. KHALVAR is a referral and connection platform and does not promise rental income, occupancy, bookings, returns or investment performance. Any service terms are agreed directly between you and the partner.
How do I find a good property management company in Dubai?
Look for a licensed operator with transparent processes and clear communication. KHALVAR simplifies this search: submit your property once, and where suitable we connect you with our vetted property-management partner — currently AirDXB, a DTCM-licensed short-term rental operator in Dubai — and we track your referral through the process.
Which areas does KHALVAR cover?
Enquiries are welcome from all seven Emirates. Our current property-management partner operates across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, covering communities from Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai to Saadiyat Island and Al Marjan Island.

Yes. Submitting an enquiry through KHALVAR is free and non-binding. Any management fees or commercial terms are agreed directly between you and the partner under the partner's own agreement.
