We use submitted information to: contact you regarding your enquiry; evaluate your property enquiry; facilitate relevant referrals to trusted partners; and communicate with you about your enquiry.
4. Sharing with partners
Where appropriate, and with the consent you provide in the enquiry form, relevant property and contact details may be shared with the applicable partner — currently AirDXB for property-management referrals — for the purpose of evaluating and progressing your referral. Partners handle your information under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Storage and retention
Enquiry information is stored in systems operated or arranged by KHALVAR and retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and manage the referral process, after which it is deleted.
