KHALVAR is a referral and connection platform. KHALVAR does not itself provide property management, brokerage, investment advisory, development, or holiday-home operator services through this website.
2. No agreement by submission
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a property-management agreement, brokerage agreement, or any other commercial contract between you and KHALVAR or between you and any partner.
3. Partner services
Services referenced on this website — including property-management services — are provided by independent partners and are subject to the relevant partner's own process, acceptance criteria, terms and agreements. KHALVAR's current property-management partner is AirDXB.
4. No performance guarantees
KHALVAR does not guarantee rental income, occupancy, bookings, returns, investment performance, acceptance, onboarding, or any specific commercial outcome. Any projections or illustrations discussed by partners are theirs alone.
5. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through this website is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to submit it in relation to the property described.
6. Future services
Services marked "Coming Soon" (including Buy, Sell, Rent, Invest, Renovate and Developments) are not currently available and are shown for information about the platform's intended direction only.

Content on this website may change at any time without notice. While we aim for accuracy, KHALVAR makes no warranty that website content is complete, current or error-free.
8. Intellectual property
The KHALVAR name, logo and website content are the property of KHALVAR and may not be reproduced without permission.
